Web technologies will design and develop dynamic, interactive, attractive, all purpose websites (using a tool called KHU icms) to promote business transac-tions to take place online.
The websites will consists of a backend (This is where an authorized person will login to be able to publish or update the website content with easy to use inter-faces and manage other simple administrative tasks of the website), and the front end, this will be the world view, where browsers and members will be able to interact with the website or organization.
KHU Interactive Content Management System (KHU icms) is an application developed by E.K. Kasomekera to ease the development and management of websites. This is a web based dynamic databases orientated application. This application is the core of the websites to be developed. All websites will incorpo-rate this tool.
The websites will have several modules which will be included by default and others which will need an extra cost to append them.
The front End (Public view) will have two kind of browsers:
Members and Non members.
Member registration will be online and depending on the customers requirements its either going to be free or at a cost. Members could have access to other parts of the website with more information or facilities than Non members. Click on the Website Modules under the services menu on the left to see what functionality the website will have.
The technical personnel will be responsible of the following:
- Designing and developing websites
- Developing Samples for presentations and performing presentations
- Appending default modules and on shelf modules depending on customer requirements
- Design and develop attractive graphics.
- Develop a user manual
- Training
- Maintenance
- Upgrades

Web technologies will design and develop different kinds of systems and soft-ware's.
Initially Web Technologies has the following software systems.
- Hotel Management Systems (HMS)
- Clinic Management Systems (CMS)
- Hospital Management System (HpMS)
- School Management System (SMS)
The Menu on the left under systems defines the features of the systems outlined above.
The technical personnel will be responsible of the following:
- Marketing and presenting the systems
- Setting up a server if locally accessed
- Uploading it up on Web Technologies servers if accessed globally
- Installing the system
- Training users
- Producing user Manuals
- Maintenance and support
- Upgrades
- Troubleshooting
